And I am not a robot (it didn't ask me, so I am reporting that I am not...) :)pollyannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05029984743142857736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36789084.post-14930085733143857932015-01-16T06:00:32.744-08:002015-01-16T06:00:32.744-08:00Thank you for all of your comments! Wow. I'm sure every one of those people appreciate it.

We have somewhat of a connection with that date of January 15th. That date is a very memorable day for me as well. I won't go into the long story as to why it was so memorable, but in the end the best part on that day back in 1986, I had twin boys born. It was a very long and scary day for me which included 2 surgical teams, 3 teams of peds doctors (1 regular peds dr, and 2 high risk peds dr) and 4 teams of nurses (1 for c-section, 1 for each of my babies, and the last for the gall bladder surgery also done once the c-section was completed) It looked like a party in my operating room with all those people standing waiting their turn to take over. VERY memorable day for me. But, as I said, in the end I had two amazing little boys who just turned 29 yrs old yesterday.WOW! 29 yrs old? That really makes me feel old to think my babies are 29 already. And while in major pain at the end of that day, I made it through both surgeries, so that was a good thing too. lol VickiThttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16611232516583515409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36789084.post-30444961298012471982015-01-16T05:05:21.917-08:002015-01-16T05:05:21.917-08:00I loved this post and all of these great photos an...I loved this post and all of these great photos and links. In a week I will begin teaching a class, giving women a lifetime gift (no charge). Giving of ourselves...it's just part of who we are. The service you ...I was able to read your comment! The service you do for others is amazing.... and you must feel so good about the giving you do. I want to follow your footsteps. I used to belong to a quilt guild in Vancouver, WA and we did charity quilts and I also taught teenagers for awhile as a part of their community service program. I loved it and know I made a difference in a few "kids'" lives. I've moved and want to do more where I am... you always inspire me.Marilyn McLeod @ Pink Paper Cottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13166022624714254716noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36789084.post-19190357308640539772015-01-15T09:26:44.633-08:002015-01-15T09:26:44.633-08:00I was here and I loved this blog!I was here and I loved this blog!Quilting Journeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12097811740230818317noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36789084.post-52439719506984351902015-01-15T09:24:29.199-08:002015-01-15T09:24:29.199-08:00Notice to those who read here:
